Once the AF Form 1314 and DD2760 is completely filled out, the individual needs to have his Unit/Squadron/Company Commander or Weapons Designee sign the AF Form 1314 as well *Weapons will not be register without the Unit/Squadron/Company Commander or Weapons Designee's signature*.
